I am a former Pro Kickboxer with personal and professional expertise on fitness and weight loss using boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai techniques. We provide a variety of dynamic workouts that are challenging, creative, and achievable for the beginner to advanced, amateur to professional. Programs for the athlete and the couch potato.
